Hi,
I have set up NS pro with subscribers, a mailing list, and a newsletter. When I send a newsletter, i get the green message where it says message sent.
But the mail is never received at the subscribers e-mail address. I have set the joomla global configuration to "SMTP" as mentioned in FAQ, and I have also set the newsletter "from e-mail" to the same as the site's e-mail. There is no error message in the error_log either.
This is when I try to send it from newsletter manager:
However, when sent from toolkit, it works...
Please help..

Hello Baljinder and thank you for posting.
Have you fully configured your SMTP settings? To use SMTP properly, you should set a username, password and other details from your email server.
The Toolkit and the Newsletter Manager both use the same sending function. Can you send me a temporary administrator account by email at my email address: mavrosxristoforos@gmail.com?
