Mailing List in User Profile was created by Pascal
Hi there
Maybe a quick one, but i coudn't find an answer anywhere. Looking at the user profiles, the mailing lists they subscribed for are not shown...rather, it's always empty (see attachment). The subscription worked, so the user seen in the attachement is actually subscribed for three mailing lists. Also, if the user clicks on "Edit profile", the three mailing lists are shown (and are ticked). Any option to show this in the profile overview?
Thank you

In addition, i realized that when a new user registers, the selected mailing lists in the registration form are not saved and the users are not added to the mailing lists. They first need to go back and edit their profile...only then, when checking the mailing lists again, they are added to the mailing list. How can i fix that?

Hello Pascal and thank you for posting on our forum!
About the first issue, you are correct. It seems the menu item options were ignored. (where you can normally choose to show or hide the mailing lists)
I have fixed it now and will include it in the next update.
As for the second issue, would you mind opening a new topic, so that future readers can easily find it?
In the meantime, I'm looking into it.
Thanks again.

I'm not sure if this is working now. I downloaded the latest version (which is 2.4.749 as far as i can tell) and the subscribed mailing lists are still not shown in the profile. Do i need to change any settings for that?

Hi again dear Pascal.
There is an option in the Subscriber list menu item, which allows the showing of mailing lists.
If that is turned off, then it won't show.
Another thing stopping from the mailing lists to show, may be if you have made template overrides for this layout.
Let me know!
