I see what you mean.
I have now fixed this and forced all dates to show server time rather than user time, to avoid such confusions.
I have just scheduled this for release and it should be available within the next 4 hours.

I've updated and tested. It continues doing the same: hours are the same in newsletter and list. Sorry to say that newsletters are sent 2 hours before hour.

Joomla System Information (PHP info) says that Default timezone is UTC.

Joomla Global Configuration offset is configured for Europe/Madrid (UTC +2).

Hello Pablo.
After extensive testing I have found that there were three timezones in the equation.
The Joomla time (Madrid), the server time and UTC.

Joomla calendar fields are presented in Joomla time. However, they get saved in UTC, (not server time as I thought) so now I have fixed it.
The fix will be included in the next release.
