Hi!
Some users are receiving welcome email after subscription more than once.
In different days.
Have you a clue why?
And they say that without click on the confirmation link again.

Hello Pablo and thank you for posting!
Welcome emails are not sent based on a schedule, but based on user-triggered events.
I cannot think of anything other than someone filling the form using their email address, or clicking the confirmation link. (if double opt-in is enabled)
If that is not the case, then maybe a delayed repeated sending from the SMTP server? Very unlikely.
Is it possible that they forwarded the confirmation email to someone else? (or even that someone else is receiving their emails?)
All these scenarios are very unlikely.
Is there anything that you think that all these users have in common? Are they all perhaps on the same email provider, or something like that?
How many users are we talking about?

Double opt-in is enabled, yes.
I don't see anything in common with users. Different email providers, for example.
I don't know if email providers follow email links to check security but I think it is very unlikely.

Can you check the sending log?
Are there multiple records of the welcome email for these subscribers?
Here is an example of how these records look.
If not, can you ask your host for any insight?

Yes, I've checked the sending log. There are records repeated for some users but I don't know the reason yet.

Can you please go into the sending log records and send me screenshots for those that are multiple?
If there are multiple sendings in the sending log, then the confirmation link is clicked more than once at separate times.
If they promise on their mothers' Wi-Fi connections that they didn't click it again, we would have to investigate if someone else acquired it somehow.
