How to configure cron job for self-directed automation

1 year 3 months ago #13 by Pablo
Yes, I configured bounce email options.

If I run a check manually for bounced email from Suscribers view in the back-end, I obtain a 500 error.

I'll try with errors and debug options enabled in Joomla global configuration to know more. I'll do it at night hours.

Thank you and best regards

Hello Pablo.
I just wanted to let you know that I expect your feedback on this.
Whenever you can, please enable System debug and try to run the bounce check in order to see what's wrong.

Thanks again!

Hi again Pablo.
Apparently the screenshot was resized at some point and it is not readable.
I apologize, but I couldn't figure it out. Can you re-send it at me@mavrosxristoforos.com?
