Hello Gina and thank you for posting!
Can you please provide some additional information about where or how this error occurs?
Also, a few details about your setup, like if you're using the module or menu item, what have you set for the form recipient, etc.

Thanks again!

Hi there,
I have the same issue with the module or a menu link. Oddly, too... I cannot select/unselect the form fields. They all show and cannot be modified.
The recipient email is gina@gawdproductions.ca.

Thanks so much,
Gina G.

Hm.. no.. still not working. I did find an ooops on my part as well but am at a stand still now.
I unpublished the module but left the menu link at https://gawdproductions.ca/rapidcontact
Attaching screen shot for settings as well.. thank you so much!

Hi again Regina.
It's incorrect to write #Reply-To Email# or #User Email# in the module or menu item From options.
You should just write your email there. That is because emails must be originated from an email address that you own.
Rapid Contact Ex can then add the appropriate headers so that you hit reply and the email goes to right person, but the first email is still originated from your site, and thus it requires your site's email address.

Let me know if that fixes it.
Thanks again
