Select a limited number of sentences from a list

Hello,
I'd like to create a "test" with a list of sentences (questions in your terms). From that list the user has to select 4 and only 4 sentences. He may deselect a sentences in favor of another one till he is satisfied to submit his selection of 4. Is that possible? and if Yes how? Can the selected 4 sentences be shown in the result respectively e-mail and in addition the score depending on the sentences selected?
Is there any documentation about the 4 different quiz types that can be selected when creating the quiz?
